Coming soon to DMS Pro:  Document Lifecycles and Automatic user folder creation!

 

With document lifecycles, you will be able to configure stages that a document gets moved through.  For example, a document could go through three stages, draft, review, and final.  One user would submit the document in the draft folder and promote the document.  When promoted, the document would move to the review stage.  If accepted, the document would move onto the final stage.  At every stage, the document would move to a different folder and have different permissions applied.

 

Automatic user folder creation will allow you to automatically create user folders when creating the user account.  Users will also be able to be added to groups during the account creation.
