Inbox working fine documents routing through and green arrow showing that documents have arrived in the inbox. The document owner can if enabled check in check out and give new version number. However, I can’t see how documents can be deleted from the inbox.
Amongst the other library functions , i.e. have users with permissions to access certain folder in the library. I am planning to have a library of pro forma documents that agents will route to users. The users will usually only have read only permissions for that inbox, so will download the pro forma and edit it locally. My concern is the inbox could fill up pretty quickly if they can’t clear it. Is there away around this?
