    We currently have installed/purchased free version 1.12 and pro version 1.30. When we try to replace a document either by deleting it or updating a version we always end up with the original version. What are the steps we should be taking to update an existing document? Thanks.




    If you delete the old document then upload a new document, even if it is a new version of the same document, it will be a new document.

    One way to update or replace an existing document is to make sure the version control is enabled in the configuration. Then, check-out the old document and check-in the new version of the document.
